Shipping is instantaneous as soon as your order is validated on our site.
An e-mail will then be automatically sent to you with a hyperlink allowing you to download the files constituting your "Product". Be careful, it is not impossible that this email goes into your spam.
In this case, no panic, your files will be directly accessible from your customer area in the "My Orders" section.
30 days to download your files
You have 30 days from the date of your order to download your files. Please check that you have not made a mistake when placing your order BEFORE downloading your files. Because once the file is downloaded on your computer, it will no longer be possible to retract or request a modification of the order, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
During this 30-day period, you are invited to download your files that you can then store on your computer in order to print them for your own needs for an unlimited period of time. However, once the files have been downloaded, they will be considered delivered and no new copies can be sent to you.
